This is my last collab look with Maggy London for the spring! And I’d say this dress best represents my style.

Being comfortable while still looking sleek is what my mind always goes for while getting dressed. I love that this dress is a comfy, t-shirt style dress, while the grid overlay and contrast of black and white makes the dress very sophisticated.

It’s an amazing versatile dress from the London Times collection. I love that I can wear it a little dressier with heels, or I could throw on some sneakers for a cool, laid-back look.

Let me know how you style your t-shirt dresses in the comments below!

Thanks for reading and thanks so much to Maggy London for collaborating with me!

I’ve always loved the designs and theme of Show Me Your Mumu clothing, but bright colors and tons of florals don’t usually tie in with my style. I came across this amaaaazing black and white leopard dress from Show Me Your Mumu, and it’s honestly been hard to wear anything else. The material of this dress is a thick, stretch material and it’s super great quality.

I love that even though SMYM does a lot of florals, they did this kind of edgy black and white leopard print dress, which I’m all for.

The silhouette is something I also love about it. It’s a feminine babydoll style, and it’s pretty flattering, even though it’s shapeless.

Light Layers

Transitioning in-between seasons is one of the hardest things to do, for me at least. Like now, I either want to dress likes it completely winter or completely spring, no in-between. I’ve found what helps me to transition into different seasons is to layer. Groundbreaking, I know.

“Light layering” is the best way for me to get through rather awkward/constantly changing weather. The key to “light layering” is to pair light pieces over top of each other. So I took this light mens button down and put the feminine light blouse over it, I think it’s a cool and unexpected way to do layering. The faux-leather pants are a little more on the winter side, but I’d just switch them out for looser pants if it was a little warmer.

Also, be sure to check back tomorrow because I’ll be posting about a special giveaway I’ll be doing on my Instagram! 🙂

Today’s outfit is a simple look from the weekend! I love being comfortable as much as the next person, but i don’t want to look sloppy or like I don’t care. I paired this cozy, yet glam, pullover with this leather mini and easy, slip-ons for that chic-casual look!

I love looking chic and put-together most days, but I also like being comfortable (doesn’t everyone?). There are a million ways to be super cozy without looking frumpy or sloppy. This fluffy sweatshirt is so comfortable, soft, and oversized and very well could be frumpy if paired wrong. I paired it with a faux-leather, structured skirt and heels to keep the look elegant!

When I was getting dressed, I looked at my clothes and asked myself, “what is the most comfortable and simple piece to wear, but will actually look like I tried?”, and that piece would be this boyfriend shirt-dress. I kept it effortless but chic with my accessories and shoes!
